"Good Intentions" vs. Intentional Living

Updated: Jan 18, 2021

  1. Set out your workout clothes before bed.

  2. Set the alarm.

  3. Tell someone who will hold you accountable that you're going to work out in the morning.

It's hard not to follow through when you're intentional. Alot of us have good intentions. But we can also make a habit of measuring how far we'll go based on "intent" vs. action.

It sounds like common sense, but so many judge others based on execution & judge themselves based on intention.

Results don't show up because we "mean well" or from what we planned to do. We have to live and plan intentionally.

What will you be more intentional about this month?  Are you working out consistently?

Are you eliminating distractions? Are you tracking your food? Are you creating a new routine? Are you speaking more affirmations?
